Fall Semester 2024

• Last day to apply and submit student documents: Last week of August
• First day of classes: August 26
• Last day to add or drop classes with 100% tuition refund: September 8
• Last day to withdraw from classes with a W grade: October 29 (no refunds after September  18)
• Last day of Andrews University's Fall Semester: December 12 (exams end, classes end earlier)

Spring Semester 2025

• Last day to apply and submit student documents: the Week before Thanksgiving Break
• First day of classes: January 13
• Last day to add or drop classes with 100% tuition refund: January 22
• Last day to withdraw from classes with a W grade: March 11 (no refunds after February 5)
• Last day of Andrews University' Spring Semester: May 1 (exams end, classes end earlier)

• Tuition: $160 per credit
• ESL Tuition: $250 per credit
• Guest fee: $83 per semester
• Course/lab fees: see course listing in course schedule
• Incomplete fee: $35
• Cost of textbooks and other materials required vary per course

Cost may be covered by a third party if you attend public school, a homeschool partnerships, or an Adventist Academy.  Ask your guidance counselor or registrar for more information.

Order textbooks to arrive before the class starts. All materials are listed in the course syllabus available through the course schedule two weeks before the class starts. The syllabus is also included in your online course space a few days before class begins.  

Textbooks for main campus classes can be purchased in the Andrews Bookstore. If living away from campus, amazon.com ships faster. Wherever you choose to purchase, check the ISBN, author, title, publisher, and year of publication.  

If the textbook includes online software access, purchase the textbook new to get the code you need. Otherwise, used textbooks are a great savings, and rentals of digital versions are worth considering too.
